I have not got a chance to use the rake yet, but installed it. Went on easy and could go just about anywhere within product dimensions on the boat. Looks great and sits on my tow tower  just above the engine. Look forward to getting some boards on it and pulling them right off rake while in the water. Satisfied. Also there is a great youtube clip on installation. Check it out.
