The rack is simple to assemble and mount, only thing is I wish the instructionds would have been a little more specific on attaching the bungee cord, it comes with way more elngth than needed so i had to repeat the step to get it the correct length, but it works great now!

All pieces were intact. However, the clamp that is supposed to bolt onto the waketower almost did not fit. It was to big. The rubber pieces had to be manipulated to get a tight fit.
